Mark your calendar for the Mono Basin Bird Chautauqua: June 18–21, 2026 in Lee Vining.

The Chautauqua will be a fun and full weekend of field trips, workshops, and presentations and the Mono Lake Committee will post the full program online on Sunday, March 15. This year, Chautauqua registration will open on Wednesday, April 15 at 8:00am PDT.

Be sure to book your accommodations as soon as possible, as Lee Vining motels tend to sell out quickly for this busy weekend.
