The Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation has been instrumental in the success and growth of TINS. Through multiple grant programs and generous financial support, TTCF has helped TINS expand its educational and conservation initiatives across the region. Beyond direct funding, TTCF has also played a key role in connecting TINS with aligned family foundations, helping to build lasting partnerships and broaden our community impact.

Martis Camp has been a terrific supporter of our Education and Outreach programs, helping us inspire curiosity and environmental stewardship among people of all ages. We deeply value our partnership and the many opportunities we’ve had to collaborate on nature-based programs for Martis Camp residents and guests. Their enthusiasm for connecting their community with the natural world makes them a wonderful ally in advancing our mission.

Since 2011, the Tahoe Community Foundation (formerly Parasol) has provided TINS with office space, storage space, and professional meeting rooms through the DWR Center grant program. This kind of operational support has allowed us to focus our fundraising efforts on increasing the quality and quantity of programs available to our community.

The Truckee Donner Public Utilities District recognizes that it is more than simply a utilities company, it is a steward of our community and its resources. TDPUD has been a strong supporter of TINS for since 2015, extending its environmental stewardship reach.
